This logo was created for an audio engineering company called A.E.S. Audio Edge Solutions. They are the audio engineers for artists such as Hozier, Gavin James, Roy Seven, Aslan and God is an Astronaut.They also teach at one of the best recording and multimedia colleges, Pulse College in the world renouned Windmill Lane Studios.The logo can be seen on posters and tour materials, company equipment, invoices communications, veheciles and in lectures. The mark needed to be a strong mark which would fit in with the music industry while standing strong.

Above are some early concepts I made while talking to the client and figuring out exactly what they wanted. I was close in concept. After these I was able to lock in the flat vector shape.Then move on to adding dimension and texture before trying out different colour options. Below shows some of the variations we went through before landing on the now iconic red logo. The banner photography was provided by Lee "Edgey" Edgeworth.
